I love these! They taste great and grow really well in the mid Atlantic region. 5 stars!

  • Easy to grow 5

These easy to grow beans have an excellent bean flavor and are sweet. I put two poles in the ground and tied a length of baling twine between them, I planted the beans in a row and when the plants came up I tied them with kite string to the top baling twine. (As a teenager I worked in tobacco tying up plants, so I copied that idea) They grew nicely and were easy to see to pick because of their yellow color. Then I want on an extended vacation and by the time I got back the beans were hanging on thick and were large. There were so many that I froze most of them for the winter. Boy, they were excellent frozen - fresh bean flavor plus vitamin A since they are yellow beans.

  • most reliable and delicious pole bean 5

I have grown this bean for 10 years in my market garden, and it has produced earliest, latest, and when other beans were defeated by bad weather and bugs. It is delicious small or very large, no strings attached, and it is pretty too. I wish I could find a green bean this good!
