Below are adobe pdf files of the Franchi Sementi Vegetable, Herb & Flower Catalogs.  You need adobe reader to view them.  They are organized a bit differently from a typical American seed catalog.  There is also a link to the official Franchi Sementi Site.

    1.  There is a catalog for vegetables (which includes some things like basil & parsley that many would consider herbs).  the vegetables are divided into regular selections & special selections (sometimes these are hybrids, but just as often they are a fancy variety, something only Franchi has, etc.

    2.  There is a legume catalog which includes beans, peas, fava beans, but also corn.

    3.  There is a flower catalog divided into regular flowers & special selection flowers (sometimes hybrids, but just as often a very fancy open pollinated one.

    4.  There is a golden line catalog which has a mish mash of things:  garlic bulbs, mushroom spawn, their special collections such as the sunflower collection, hot pepper collection, etc.  Right now I only have the sun flowers up.

The catalogs are in Italian and though the varieties are listed in alphabetical order, it is in Italian.  So, the vegetable catalog starts with anguria (watermelon) and ends with zucca (squash).  You can mostly figure it out from the photographs.

If you have a fast connection, you can visit the Franchi Sementi Official site which has absolutely everything they have listed.  The bad news it is pretty confusing to navigate unless you know their system (things are listed mostly under the type packaging the seeds are in rather than the type of seed.  Nevertheless, it is instructive and you can have fun poking around.  Visit Franchi Sementi at:
