We have arranged these instructions more or less by family of
vegetable. For example, cabbage, kale, cauliflower & broccoli are all
in the brassica family. In some instances, although the vegetables
are not from the same family, their cultural requirements are similar so they
have been put together on the same page. Lettuce, chicory, endive, cima di rape,
etc are all on the greens page even though they are not all
related.
