A very useful tool and a good value

I love my Rigamonti velox! It really does a good job. I have a low sided pan to use to catch the pulp that comes out the side, and I run it through three times. It is great for making marinara. Once you get the hang of getting the cylinder out (after unscrewing the crank) it is easy to clean. It is also very durable, mine is several years old. The suction gizmo that clamps it to the counter also works very well. I get good results cutting the tomatoes in halves or quarters before running them through the machine, they go right through. Highly recommended.

best tomato processor

Forget Foley mills, ricers sieves or strainers! This machine produces great tomato pulp and juice with an absolute minimum of seeds and skin. Easy to use and even easier to clean up.

the best tomato processor

I have a freezer full of processed garden tomatoes ready to last for months because of this excellent machine. The design insures that the seeds are not only removed, but are not crushed or smashed as in other devices. Skins are efficiently removed.

A must for Passata.

I have had one of these for five years. Invaluable for making passata and apple sauce. It's just so easy to use, and REALLY easy to clean. No fiddling around. I love good design.

About the tomato press I didn't know you sell them. I had my sister send me the exact same one from italy last year. I want to tell everyone here if you do not have one get it! It is the best press - easy to use, fast to clean!! It is truly the best machine you can get if you make tomato drink or tomato sauce!! Don't wait get one!!! you wont regret it!!
