Arnica - A mountainous herb. Ointment made from dried flowers is used to treat sprains and bruises. For use as a topical treatment only. Germination can take weeks. Best to chill the seed first before sowing. Arnica is traditionally made into a paste for treating bruises and scars. The plant blossoms from June till August. Sow in spring allowing 2' between rows and 1' between plants.
