This was our first time growing Raab and drizzled with a high quality balsamic vinegar after sautéing in EVO and sea salt it's quite good. Will try growing larger headed varieties next year - it's a bit of a challenge to harvest all the little tiny heads on this variety. Healthy and super germination in this variety - and if you let some flower, your bees will thank you. Huge bee and butterfly attractor when blooming.
High germination rates grew well in central NC bugs & slugs did not bother it. Tasted great sautéed with garlic.
We ate this variety all last summer. I can't remember how many times we succession planted it; it always grew quickly, and tasted great raw or lightly sauteed. I just put some seeds in the ground for an early spring crop this year.
