Beautiful, well-made Mezzaluna. Stainless steel blade 16 cm (6.3 inches). This will last a lifetime. Made by Due Cigni in Maniago, Italy.
Too bad this isn't made with high carbon steel, which holds a better edge. Still, everyone should have a mezzaluna. Even better to use it in a wooden bowl, to keep the onions or whatever corralled while chopping.
