Lovage - Sedano di Monti - is a wild relative of celery and grows somewhat like parsley. Has a really intense celery taste, but without the hassle of growing celery. Great flavor for the perfect battuto for a sauce. Grow from early spring. Start seeds in pots (scatter a few seeds per cell like parsley) and thin or just plant entire pot), direct seed in early spring, or just grow in a large pot. 2 gram packet.
