Spaghetti Squash. Mid-Early. Ripe squash can be boiled or baked for 40 minutes, halved, and the spaghetti-like flesh scrapes out with a spoon. Dress with pasta sauce, or use as a side dish seasoned in different ways. Keeps well. 4 gram packet. Approximately 7-15 seeds per gram.
