Grew this for cooking, in Southern Vermont where 2019 presented challenging conditions. Got large fruit but only one per plant. The flesh is fairly thick and the fruit is very easy to peel. Yield was more than 2 kg per squash, prepared. Makes great pumpkin soup although technically a squash. Good flavor when cooked, delicate and sophisticated. I will definitely grow it again. Won a ribbon at the fair!
