Bean Vanguard. Long, round, dark green bush bean. Tastes almost as good as a pole bean. I brought them in based on a customer's recommendation: "Best bean he had ever eaten." He was right. They are as good as they get. 40 gram packet. Approx. 100 seeds.
Bush beans have approximately 2-10 seeds per gram.

Paul The 2022 growing season in the Northern Willamette Valley was challenging. May/June were unusually cold/cloudy/wet. This bean managed to work it's way through the lousy weather and produce. Flavor was very good. A bean worth planting.

Mrs. Chapman I was given a BUSH bean seeds years ago by a friend who brought seeds from Italy over 30 years ago and I couldn't find my seeds this year.
I was really disapointed so decided to try 2 different varieties from the catalog & 1 was these.
WOW! They are the same variety my friend gave me and now I have them again.
Everyone I shared these with, family, friends & co-workers said these were the best they've ever eaten.

Paul Palazzo These prolific green beans are a staple in my Summer garden. Once the harvest gets going you will have a hard time keeping up with these delicious slender beans. But have no fears they freeze remarkably well for use in the Winter when they are a welcome reminder.

Cynthia Mann This bean is easy to pick, germination is perfect. And it tastes great. Can't ask for much more. We eat these fresh and also can them and people who don't like canned beans are surprised how good they are. A permanent variety in my market garden.
