Stainless steel billhook knife with a wood handle. Larger, more substantial version of the red pocket model. Billhooks are traditional cutting tool used widely in agriculture and forestry for cutting smaller woody material such as shrubs and branches. Quite common in the wine-growing countries of Europe. Made in Maniago, Italy. A beautiful and useful gift.

James An inexpensive knife that holds a reasonably good edge and is fairly easy to sharpen as well. The reason for 4 stars is the knife is a little bulky in the front pocket but not terribly so.
