Garlic Sicilian Artichoke - Softneck

Softneck - This artichoke variety from Sicily sports medium heads and meaty cloves.  This garlic has a robust flavor with a bit of spice, and keeps well. 1/4lb is approximately 15-20 cloves, 1/2lb is approximately 30-40 cloves.

Due to limited quantities, please limit purchase to a maximum of 2lbs per variety.

Garlic should be planted when you are about 4-6 weeks from a hard freeze. Please inspect bulbs upon receipt and notify us immediately of any concerns. If you can't plant right away, keep the bulbs in a dry spot with good air circulation, as diseases can develop on garlic that is not stored properly.
