These towels show traditional Sicilian head pots which can be seen all over the island, made famous by a classic 11th century Sicilian tale of romance and betrayal.  This is the man (the Uomo) in the story and it pairs perfectly with the towel of the woman (the Donna) of the story.  This would make a great gift for a lover of Sicily.

This tea towel printed on pure linen is not only an elegant object that you will use every day, giving a touch of class to your kitchen, it is a fantastic small gift, a real painting to be admired at all times.
