Most productive carrot
Carrots, I know carrots. I plant 10-20 varieties every year. Berlicum is one of the most productive. Start harvesting these at 60 days, they are full size at around 85. These are our late season crop of carrots. These make a good size carrot perfect for stews and juicing. These make a great storage carrots. I make cloth bags from a fat quarter. I wet them, wring them out and put carrots in them and then place the cloth bag in a plastic bag. Carrots keep about 6 weeks like this. Make sure you cut the tops off! Berlicum is a sweet carrot and one of my favorites for cooking. Most carrots don't make it past the raw stage here!
