Easy to grow annual plant with thin, upright stalks, red colored cup shaped flowers which are ideal for decorating borders and for cutting. Known as corn poppy or Flanders poppy, this brilliant red poppy blankets farm fields and roadsides across Europe. Plant in early spring, direct seed or start transplants 5-6 weeks before set out. Set seeds 1/4-1/2 inch deep, one seed every two inches and thin. Prefers direct sun. 3.5 gram packet.
