The real thing is even prettier than the picture with Franchi's Red Cherry tomato.

Red Cherry tomatoes make a delicious roasted tomato sauce. Wash the tomatoes, peel a few cloves of garlic, and mix with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir, then return to the oven for another 20 minutes. The tomatoes will collapse, brown a bit and the juice will start to carmelize. Serve over pasta as is, or blend half the tomatoes and thicken with pasta water, then add pasta to the pan and stir to coat.

Franchi's Red Cherry is somewhat larger than many cherry tomato varieties, and the flavor is extraordinary!
