We grow three types of fennel, all Franchi seeds. The Parma may be the earliest, but this is the biggest! We call them "Big Head Girls" when they are in the field. I always let one of these go to seed at the end of the row, because it also makes beautiful flowers that the flower flies love. Big, crunchy, flavorful bulbs. Easy!
